Your rental agreement grants you access to the facility for the entire day of your event, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). This single block of time includes everything from vendor drop-offs and setup to the event itself and your final cleanup. All activities must be concluded and the venue cleared by the end of your rental period at midnight.
