Located on the 2nd floor of the District North building in downtown Las Vegas, Naomi’s Island Cafe is creating quite a stir with their brunch dishes on the weekends. While it’s pretty tough to go past the Oxtail, the Lobster tail Waffle dish is getting some major attention.
